Purchasing, Payment and Shipping

Purchasing through the website
When you purchase work via our website it is important to us that you are completely satisfied. Buying an artwork is a very personal matter and it is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) but our currency converter will allow you to to view prices in your own currency.  We guarantee that we will fully refund the cost of the work if you receive it and are not happy. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if you intend to return the work.  You need only to pay the cost of return freight and we will refund your purchase cost in full. The work must be received by us in its original condition with its accompanying documentation for this guarantee to apply.  For more details regarding purchasing through the webite please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Internet Sales and our Privacy Policy.

Online Payment Website Security

Our website offers the best security available online.  Your details are sent to a secure banking site and we are notified of successful payment.  Your personal transaction details do not come through to us directly.  More information can be found on our Terms and Conditions of Internet Sales .

Duties and Taxes
Purchases delivered within Australia will be subject to an Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Purchases from other countries where the goods leave Australia are exempt from an Australian GST however other duties and/or taxes may apply specific to the country of import. The buyer is liable for these charges and will be charged by the courier on delivery.  These charges are non-refundable on return of goods to us.  More information regarding duties and taxes is located on this page.

Payment Methods
We accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Bankcard.
We can contact you to coordinate the organisation of payment via telephone, email or fax if your prefer not to utilise our online shopping cart.
We accept Electronic Direct Debit.  Please call or email us for our account information to use this facility.
Money Transfers and Money Orders made payable to "Bundarra Gallery" will also be accepted.  These can be mailed to us at 1-2, 31 Macrossan Street, Port Douglas, Qld, 4870.
If you intend to pay via money transfer or direct debit internationally or within Australia, please email or fax us transaction details and when the transaction has cleared we will send work/s.

Layby

We do accept layby conditions so please contact us to discuss the terms and options we offer regarding this.  In general we offer up to a six month layby system whereby we can either charge your credit card monthly or you can make regular payments via cheque, card through direct debit installments as determined.

Our Guarantee, Bundarra Gallery Provenance and Authenticity
We guarantee all work shown on this website and in our gallery is authentic with provenance assured. Bundarra Gallery’s provenance is considered high in the industry and it is required by art auction houses and for collectors resale. We supply signed and dated Authenticity Certificates and artist profiles.

Insurance and Delivery
All works are packed to an extremely high standard and we utilise reputable freight carriers.  We strongly recommend that you insure the work/s to cover damage or non-delivery. This ensures that if you do receive works that are damaged you will receive a refund through us from the insurance company or where possible we can arrange a replacement.  The insurance compnay will need to sight the work and given the company is international this is easily arranged.  This is an uncommon factor however as our work is packaged extremely well.

Works bought through our website or from within Bundarra Gallery itself that are being delivered within Australia or to overseas locations will only be organised with the buyer directly and will be sent according to their location. Please nominate a delivery address where you or your representative will be available during working hours to accept and sign for the package. If you are unavailable a note will be left informing you of how to collect your package. We do not send work to Post Office boxes.
Any unwanted work returned to us that is damaged will incur a restoration fee.

Delivery Time Frame
When we receive your order we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been processed and that the items have been sent. The average time for your order to be delivered is from 3 to 14 days from confirmation of your payment and delivery address.  If you require the article in a hurry please notify us and we will assist with fast order processing and delivery.

Offer to Purchase Terms
Bundarra Gallery endeavors to ensure that all work on this website is available for sale as shown and is correctly priced. When you order through this website you are placing an offer to purchase the selected work at the price shown on the website,.  We do reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for any reason, but in this instance we will contact you and provide you with alternative options. We will not debit your credit card until we are happy that we can supply your artwork at the agreed pricing to the correct location. When we process and freight your items this indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.
